We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Kindergarten Teacher to join their team and help shape the educational journey of their youngest learners.
The Full-Time Kindergarten Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing a dynamic and engaging curriculum that supports the intellectual, social, and emotional development of kindergarten students. This role requires a caring and energetic educator who is committed to providing a positive and inclusive learning environment.

4 day in classroom weeks; day 5 office day

Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development & Instruction:
- Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans that align with state standards and school curriculum.
- Foster a classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Student Assessment & Support:
- Assess and monitor student progress through observations, assessments, and record-keeping.
- Provide regular feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance and behavior.
- Implement individualized learning plans for students who require additional support.
- Classroom Management:
- Establish and maintain effective classroom management practices.
- Create a safe, positive, and welcoming classroom atmosphere.
- Encourage positive social interactions and conflict resolution skills among students.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work collaboratively with other teachers, staff, and administrators to support student success.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to build strong home-school partnerships.
- Participate in school events, professional development opportunities, and faculty meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification for kindergarten (state-specific).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a kindergarten or early childhood setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate instructional strategies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Experience with integrating technology into the classroom is a plus.
