Job Description:
The Application Specialist – CRM and Reporting Automation will configure and maintain solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and be responsible for Reporting Automation efforts. Ensure end-user efficiency and performance of solutions meet company and user requirements. Complete application project-based work. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM, Power Apps platform/flows, DataVerse
- Set up and maintain MS Dynamics CRM solutions (both portals and CRM).
- Automate the Extraction, Transformation, and Loading of data for Reporting purposes.
- Automate the Reporting jobs that rely on ETL data.
- Ensure high availability of our solutions and create a state-of-the-art, scalable platform.
- Develop new reporting per requirements.
- Provide support and troubleshooting of MS Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Provide support and troubleshooting of Automated ETL processes.
- Provide support and troubleshooting of Automated Reporting processes.
- Make recommendations about tools to be used and implement tools that have been approved.
- Performance analysis, proactive troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
- Update process documentation - ensure documentation of the entire environment is current.
- Review environment and execute initiatives to reduce failures, and defects, and improve overall performance.
- Communicate with peers and managers regarding administration issues.
- Coordinate research, implementation, and deployment of security and performance upgrades as assigned by management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- MUST have at least 7-10 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM, Power Apps/platform/flows, and DataVerse.
- Familiar with MS SQL Server.
- Familiar with MS Power BI.
- Familiar with Logic Apps in MS Azure / Flow Apps in MS Office 365.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
- Ability to interact effectively with other Bank colleagues.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and adapt to change.
- Must be customer/service focused.
