Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in maintaining office organization and communication with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Manage incoming calls and emails
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Type and transcribe documents as needed
- Maintain computerized filing systems
- Provide customer support via phone and email
- Assist with data entry tasks
- Support medical receptionist duties as required
- Event Coordination
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficient in computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer support practices
- Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus
- Solid data entry skills
- Be able to life 20-50 lbs
- Basic Graphic Skills
