Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient communication within the office environment.
Duties:
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Support project coordination activities as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Assist with transcribing documents and maintaining records
Skills:
- Proficiency in event planning and calendar management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic financial tasks
- Ability to provide excellent customer support
- Experience in project coordination is beneficial
- Proficient in transcribing information accurately
- Strong communication skills for effective office-wide interactions
