Primary Purpose and Function:
Join the dynamic team at Content Lab, an innovative and thriving growth marketing agency, as our new Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager in the US market. This position is particularly focused on campaigns in the Gaming Industry.
As a Campaign Manager at Content Lab, you will play a crucial role in executing influencer marketing campaigns on TikTok and other social media platforms. You will be responsible for various aspects of campaign management, focusing on creator outreach and communication. We are looking for a multitasker with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth of global brands.
Job Responsibilities:
- Influencer Identification: Research and identify suitable influencers for various gaming campaigns, considering the client's goals and target audience.
- Campaign Execution: Coordinate influencer partnerships, including negotiating terms, rates, and deliverables to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Content Posting: Manage the scheduling and posting of influencer content on TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track campaign performance metrics and compile reports to assess the success of influencer campaigns.
- Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with influencers as well as with the internal teams, ensuring all parties are well-informed and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks, including contracts, payments, and campaign documentation
Job Qualifications:
- A strong passion for and understanding of social media content
- Ideally, previous experience in the influencer marketing industry as a campaign manager
- Ideally, a gamer at heart
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and basic project management principles.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Self-driven, capable of working independently with a strong sense of ownership.
- Flexibility to work beyond standard hours as needed.
Location, Hours, and Compensation:
- Fully remote work arrangement.
- 40+ hours per week, with flexibility required depending on campaign needs.

- This position is contract-based.
