Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team.
-Providing direct staff supervision and evaluation of staff performance.
-Supervising ABA therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) as they deliver applied behavior analysis services.
-Modifying treatment strategies if necessary and using the methods and tools of applied behavior analysis, such as positive reinforcement, to achieve treatment goals and improve patient outcomes.
-Functioning in a supervisory capacity and providing oversight to all areas of programming including the training of direct support professionals, person centered strategies consultants (if applicable) and DSP trainers.
-Setting and ensuring workplace compliance with performance standards to maximize quality of care and productivity in clinics that provide ABA therapy.
Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children in behavioral health settings
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Knowledge of patient care principles and practices
- Familiarity with medical records management
- Understanding of applied behavior analysis techniques
