TruPointe Partners is seeking a Data Analytics & Insights Lead to ensure that our data is collected, analyzed, and presented in the most efficient and scalable way to help drive business insights that result in profitable growth. This role will be responsible for helping streamline data workflows, building out client/member spend analyses, and driving category assessments and spend compliance efforts. The Data Analytics & Insights Lead role will also interact externally with existing and prospective clients/members, as well as internally with company leaders and members of the IT, Business Development, and Implementation teams.

What You Will Do
- Collect, consolidate, and cleanse data received from multiple sources, in multiple formats, in order to ensure and maintain data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Help build and maintain an infrastructure to keep our data organized, while providing actionable insights and reporting to not only identify but also address specific business opportunities
- Design and manage data workflows and processes to ingest, organize, and report on client/member spend and category data in the most efficient way, enabling rapid results and scalability
- Perform the necessary data analysis to organize and segment client/member data so that data insights and opportunity assessments can be generated accurately and efficiently
- Communicate and/or lead discussions with external and internal stakeholders, conveying the results and insights of completed analyses using Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint as well as other analytical tools
- Create standard and customized data reports, including data request templates, analysis results, and reporting dashboards to present/visualize data insights in a clear and compelling manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Business Development, Implementation) to clearly communicate, present, and support data requirements, data gaps, and results/findings
- Work closely with the IT team to develop data models and pipelines for business intelligence, reporting, and machine learning advances and enhancements
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- At least 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields
- Strong SQL and/or MS Excel/Access skills, with an aptitude for learning other analytics tools
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools & reporting systems (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to identify data insights and communicate as actionable strategies
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be client-facing and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders / business leaders and communicate technical results/findings with non-technical audiences
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced, evolving environment
What Will Put You Ahead
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject (e.g., data analytics, industrial engineering, supply chain, economics)
- Experience working in a Strategic Sourcing / Procurement organization, with extensive interaction with a variety of spend categories (e.g., MRO Supplies, Packaging Materials, Facility/Construction Services)
- Experience with relevant programming languages, advanced data visualization, documentation tools (e.g., Python, XML, JavaScript, Azure, ETL, Confluence, etc.)
- Experience in statistical analysis and the use of statistical packages (e.g., MS Excel, SPSS, SAS)
- Experience with HubSpot
- Strong project management skills

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
