Milton & King is seeking a talented Digital Media Buyer/Specialist to join our expanding global team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a central role in shaping the digital narrative of our brand across various online platforms over three continents. Your primary responsibilities will include the setup and daily management of pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, delivering captivating digital content, and managing social media campaigns.
You will handle online product content, display advertising, and content for Google, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. Beyond campaign execution, you'll contribute to the continual improvement of our website's SEO and SEM, ensuring a seamless and engaging online experience for our customers. Additionally, your digital expertise will extend to supporting internal teams in innovation, sales, customer engagement, and operations. What you bring:
· 2-4 years of experience in digital media or marketing roles, with a focus on PPC campaign management.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools).
· Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly.
· Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
· Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Compelling portfolio demonstrating creative versatility, conceptual thinking, and superb design execution across multiple design disciplines.
· Experience with video editing and graphic design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
· Certification in Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
Key Responsibilities:
1. PPC Campaign Management:
· Set up, monitor, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and Pinterest.
· Conduct keyword research and selection for PPC campaigns to ensure optimal targeting and reach.
· Develop and manage budget allocations for PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
2. Content Creation and Management:
· Develop and produce multimedia content (videos, graphics, etc.) for digital platforms.
· Write, edit, and publish content for social media
· Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital content.
3. Campaign Development:
· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including display advertising and social media advertising.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
4. SEO:
· Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.
· Write, edit, and publish website content.
· Implement backlinking strategies to enhance website authority and search engine performance.
5. Social Media Management:
· Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
· Manage content creation and posting schedules for social media platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
· Monitor and respond to social media interactions in a timely manner.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
· Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
· Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
· Use data-driven insights to adjust and improve digital marketing strategies.
7. Collaboration and Coordination:
· Work with internal teams, such as design and content, to create cohesive digital marketing messages.
· Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.
