We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Works on multiple highly complex major projects requiring innovative, original solutions.
- Strong understanding of development programs with strong exposure across entire development lifecycle from concept to decommission.
- Technical planning, estimates, tracks & completes project on time and within budget across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Results are key to successful completion of major projects/programs.
- Lead or strong influence over technical staff, o Supervision - Works independently with minimal supervision.
- Provides guidance to group and mentor junior engineers.
- Exercises substantial initiative/ judgment in work methods and in implementing and interpreting goals.
- Able to write ,design, & review data packages and proposals
Skills:
- Familiar with and understands industry best practices. o Develops innovative solutions to unique problems.
- Proficient in Systematic ROCA processes and ability to follow those methods and generate ROCA reports for the customers
- Professional abilities & technical accomplishments are recognized throughout the company and within the professional community in the area of expertise. o
- Craft effective strategic technical path to capture significant follow-on business.
- Effectively train/mentor his/her work group and effectively lead work teams within the work group.
- Give effective presentations to general audiences, customers, and organization leadership and write convincing proposals and reports.
- Resolve divergent technical opinions within team and customer in influencing them.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 8 - 10 Years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Python, C++, MATLAB, and scripting languages
- Experience with programmable logic controllers and system design
- Familiarity with FPGA, PCB design, and Root cause analysis
- Strong skills in AutoCAD, Simulink, and SystemVerilog
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and ARM architecture
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot electrical systems effectively
- Experience with soldering, Ohmmeter, and firmware development

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
