Job Title: Field Service Coordinator
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate field service activities and schedules.
- Manage equipment and qualifications for technicians.
- Assist in quoting, purchasing, and maintaining inventory.
- Handle administrative tasks related to fleet vehicles.
- Support cost accounting and invoicing processes.
- Provide customer and technician support via phone.
- Ensure efficient operations through process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience with time and expense documentation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and invoices.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $41.26 per hour
