```Duties```
- Create a variety of chocolate confections
- Decorate chocolates using techniques such as piping, drizzling, and hand-painting
- Maintain inventory of chocolate ingredients and supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
```Experience```
- Previous experience working with chocolate or in a bakery or confectionery setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Creativity and artistic ability for decorating chocolates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
