Customer Service Administrator (Entry-Level)
Will Train to Industry
Up to $37,000 to start plus full benefits
Customer Service Administrator you will:
- Receive complete training
- Communicate with customers, insurance carriers and internal teams by phone and email
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Learn to assist with the policy quote and selection process
- Learn to generate price quotes
- Learn to facilitate the policy renewal process
- Onboard new customers as needed
- Maintain customer account information in the database
- Make updates to spreadsheets
- Perform document review and document control functions
- Troubleshoot and resolving issues as they arise
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least two years of Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Center, Administrative Office or similar experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Accurate Data Entry skills
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
Pluses:
- +++ Insurance Industry experience
- +++ AMS360 proficiency / experience
- +++ A Bachelor's Degree
