PT Masonry has immediate full-time opening for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are one of the Bay Area’s leading masonry contractors, working in all aspects of masonry in both the residential and commercial sectors. Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to project managers, accounting, estimating, and field personnel
- Handle clerical duties including filing, data entry, job file coordination, whiteboard maintenance, and document preparation
- Effectively communicate with clients, vendors and staff while multitasking and prioritizing tasks
- Demonstrate strong self-management skills and ability to work with limited supervision
- Maintain positive working relationships with staff and owners
- Serve as an information source for office programs, policies, procedures, and client base
- Problem-solve and exhibit high integrity in daily operations
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic workplace
- Foster trust, value others, drive execution, and promote innovation
- Maintain a positive attitude towards work and personal career advancement
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Self-starter with a proactive approach
- Construction industry experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
