Job Summary:
COO position for mid-sized investment bank and financial consulting firm.
Responsibilities:
- Ideally someone with a background in a global accounting or professional services firm
- Manage operations efficiently, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Lead program management efforts to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
- Forecast financial trends and develop budgeting strategies to optimize financial performance.
- Implement strategic planning to achieve long-term organizational goals.
- Oversee operations management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Drive change management initiatives to adapt to market dynamics effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in working in Puerto Rico for a global firm, likely as a CPA or management consultant
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving objectives.
- Excellent budgeting skills and financial acumen.
- Proficiency in change management methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
