Key Responsibilities:
- Direct, coordinate, and supervise the operations of the Department of Case Management.
- Monitor service activities and resource utilization, taking appropriate action as necessary.

- Develop and implement departmental goals, policies, and procedures.
- Manage human resources functions, including staff selection, promotion, orientation, and performance appraisals.

Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
- Minimum of three (3+) years of progressive case management leadership experience in an acute care setting.
- Current New York State Registered Nurse License.
