Flagstone San Diego is looking for a caring and compassionate RN with skilled nursing experience to participate in our Director of Nurses in Training (DIT) Program!
Our goal is to dignify long-term care in the eyes of the world, particularly within the skilled nursing and post-acute care industry. We support skilled nursing, assisted living, and other post-acute operations. Pay: $110,000-120,000 Salary
This is an opportunity to participate in a one of a kind leadership training program. Our DIT program is lead by our Regional Clinical Director who is also a Nurse Practitioner and COO. If you qualify for this position you will learn leadership skills to help you thrive in any position. You will learn to audit and build Quality Assurance Systems to improve the lives of patients. You will also have the chance to learn what it means to make both clinical and financial decisions as a leader of multi-million dollar company. You will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to the residents. Such care must be delivered in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services designee.
This individual will be providing primary care to specific residents under the medical direction and supervision of the resident's attending physician or the DON of the facility, with an emphasis on assessment, illness prevention and health care management.
Education/Requirements:
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in California.
Must pass pre-employment background check. Must possess at least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
