As a key player in our dynamic team, the Marketing Manager is instrumental in crafting and implementing marketing strategies that uncover and seize revenue opportunities for our sales team. Working closely with the VP of Sales, the Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that empower our clients to make informed technology decisions quickly and effectively. Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee Packet Fusion brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, platforms, and collateral.
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channels.
- Create and maintain a marketing calendar to deliver targeted content.
- Implement and manage all digital marketing platforms, including SEO, WordPress, Microsoft Dynamics (Marketing), video, and social media.
- Analyze marketing performance and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.
- Take action to stay up to date with best practices related to the value of cloud migration and digital transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, channel vendors, and third-party resources to align marketing strategies.
Requirements: What You Will Bring
- Demonstrated ability to identify marketing KPIs and measure results.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5-8+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the tech industry
- Understanding of how to make updates and maintain web content in WordPress
- Graphic design capabilities in software such as Canva
- Proficiency or ability to learn video editing software
- Ability to craft LinkedIn and other related social media posts to
- Ability to craft LinkedIn and other related social media posts to drive brand awareness and validate expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Foundational knowledge of the logic and mechanics behind search engine optimization (SEO)
- Trade show, webinar, and event coordination skills
- Ability to learn and use marketing automation software (Microsoft Dynamics, ZoomInfo)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
