Position Overview: Determined Sales Professionals to join our growing team, cultivating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including assigned accounts, cold calling, warm calling, and networking.
- Conduct research to understand potential clients' needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Present and demonstrate our technology articulating our software solution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking sales activities and outcomes in (Salesforce) CRM.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Proven record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in technology sales.
- Proven success with complex sales (multi-decision maker). The ability to effectively communicate to technical (& non-technical) audiences.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently (and as part of a team) in a demanding environment.
- Purposeful mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experience.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
