A real estate agent with 1+ years of experience or a part-time agent looking to harness the power and resources of a team in order to go full-time. Must have a baseline of knowledge in real estate with 3+ years of additional sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.

Recently licensed and driven sales professionals. Must have 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or similar experience. Must be a high match professionally for our organization and align closely with our core values.

Compensation:
$70,000 - $1,000,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in networking and prospecting to expand your clientele base and advance your career in the thriving Boston luxury real estate market
- Identify and showcase properties that align with clients' preferences and requirements, offering personalized service and guidance throughout the process
- Skillfully present and negotiate offers to secure advantageous deals for clients in a competitive market environment
- Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients to expand your professional network and enhance referral opportunities
- Demonstrate teamwork and a shared commitment to achieving common objectives within the real estate team
- Effectively convert qualified appointments, marketing leads, and opportunities into successful transactions by leveraging the support provided by the Inside Sales department
Qualifications:
- Must be self-driven and dedicated to your career on a full-time basis
- Should be open to coaching and continuous learning
- Accountability is a key trait required
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
- Possession of a Real Estate License
- Possession of a Driver’s License
- Bilingual skills are advantageous, though not mandatory
