Responsibilities:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with policy inquiries, claims, and changes
- Administer sales processes, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and following up on leads
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality
- Utilize strong sales and analytical skills to identify clients' needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions
- Offer support by communicating in when needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or related fields
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Proficiency in sales administration and benefits administration
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations for handling sensitive information
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele
