We are GROWING and seeking an experienced BCBA or BCaBA to join the team of our growing ABA Therapy program. The individual will be responsible for supervising a team of Registered Line Technicians (RLT) as well as implement and maintain ABA programs for the clients we serve.
Qualifications for BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analysis:
- Minimum of one year of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism and/or other intellectual disabilities including demonstrated knowledge of ABA treatment techniques and program design for varying ages and skill levels
- Master’s degree for BCBA or Bachelor’s degree for BCaBA from an accredited college or university in psychology, behavior analysis or related field
- BCBA or BCaBA certification required or sitting for the exam soon
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or State Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (SCaBA) in Louisiana required or ability to become licensed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, motivated, organized, and creative team player
- Must pass criminal background check and drug screen
Job Responsibilities for BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analysis:
- Provide training, supervision, leadership, and support to RLTs
- Manage client and family services based on company policies and procedures
- Completion of all needed assessments including VB-MAPP for new referrals and re-evaluations
- Conduct functional behavior assessment (FBA) and design, analyze, and modify ABA programs and behavior intervention plans (BIP) as needed
- Develop and maintain treatment plans within our electronic database
- Review and facilitate performance evaluations of RLTs
- Provide individual and group training to client guardians and family members on treatment as needed
- Maintain a positive working relationship with family members and respond to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work cooperatively and courteously with all staff and stakeholders including school personnel, doctors, or any other service providers
- Build and maintain full caseload of clients and meet billable hour’s goal
- Abide by all BACB and LBAB guidelines, rules, and code
- Be credentialed with insurance providers if appropriate or ability to become credentialed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
