We are looking for a full time Patient Coordinator to join our Dynamic team of professionals.
Job Description
The Patient Care Coordinator will provide an Unmatched Customer Service Experience to our patients along with administrative support to our Medical Team and Practices. We are in a fast paced, professional environment, with a high-volume of Inbound calls from our New and Existing Valued Patients and Medical Professionals. This position serves as the company’s first impression to all our patients and visitors. We expect the person in this role to provide a high level of customer service, call quality, professionalism and provide each patient with excellent personalized services. To be considered for this role you MUST have high volume call center experience, 2+ year in Health Care, Operations, Membership, Medical Assistant experience preferably in the health care field, knowledge of Electronic Medical Records System, and working with clinical notes. Knowledge of reading lab results and Integrative or Functional medicine experience is a plus. Office hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm cst.
Duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Take calls from our Valued Patients and Medical Professionals and provide accurate answers to their queries and concerns.
- Manage and schedule patient appointments.
- Provide instructions and troubleshooting on navigating the Company Website and Patient Portal.
- Display Adaptability and Flexibility to immediate change.
- Must exhibit a professional/friendly demeanor.
- Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve processes and procedures.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, search for the best solution, and be proactive.
- Must possess excellent written, electronic, verbal, and communication skills.
- Possess great active listening skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to Multitask
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills.
- Comfortable with daily office and administrative duties.
- Must obtain In-dept knowledge of company's products, services and procedures.
- Must have Strong Time Management skills.
- Ability to take detailed messages to provide to our Medical Staff.
- Along with all other duties as assigned upon request.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
