Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for providing management oversight for all phases of the construction project, including coordinating workers, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of project following a logical pattern for utilization of resources.
- Selects and coordinates work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project.
- Oversees performance of all trade contractors and reviews architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
- Responsible for proper administration of construction contracts and for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Understanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards
- Supervises assistant managers, reviews their reports, checks on any reported difficulties, and corrects any safety violations or other reported deficiencies.
- Tracks and controls construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of project within time and monies allocated.
- Reports to owners and architects about progress and any necessary modifications of plans that seem indicated.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree highly desired
- Candidates will have minimum 7-10 years experience in Construction as a Senior Project Manager
- Experience with commercial CAPEX and TI construction projects
- Proven track record in management and coordination of contracts, ability to manage and direct Subcontractors and General Contractors, and maintain relationships
- Possess strong initiative and effective organizational skills.
- Attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Ability to establish and maintain rapports and interact with various levels of professionals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to travel to other markets as needed to assist with projects.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
