Wheels Up Partners is a wholly owned subsidiary of Wheels Up. Its services include Private Membership, Aircraft Management, Maintenance, FBO services, Charter Operations, and Aircraft sales. Wheels Up is looking for a world-class Sr. Analyst, FP&A in New York City (HQ) or Chamblee, GA (MOC) to join our team of dedicated and passionate professionals, fueled by the most powerful brand in private aviation, as we continue our mission of democratizing the private aviation space through cutting-edge technology and innovative product and service offerings. This is a key position, where the candidate will be responsible for supporting the corporate budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes as well as ad-hoc strategic initiatives. This is an ideal fit for an individual will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and continuous improvement across the enterprise
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and consolidation of the corporate budget, forecast and long-term outlook, including identifying and quantifying the risks and opportunities facing the business

Maintain and enhance financial models and supporting schedules on a monthly basis, driving improvements to budgeting and forecasting accuracy

Support the production of materials for C-suite, investors, analysts and Board of Directors, including written documents

Collaborate cross functionally with business partners (e.g. Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology) to enhance forecasting processes and identify business opportunities

Assist with ad hoc projects as required by the leadership team

Partner with business intelligence team to analyze data and develop actionable business insight
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant Financial Analysis experience. Investment banking, consulting or FP&A experience preferred.

Financial modeling and analytics capabilities

Proven ability to work across all levels of the organization, with strong executive communication skills

Ability to take on a diverse array of projects

Experience with NetSuite and Adaptive Insights is a plus

Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in Accounting or Finance

Salary Range
The wage range for this position ($88,000 - $132,000/Yr.) is determined on a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, such as differences in skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. This wage range has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with where the position may be filled. At Wheels Up, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Your placement within the wage range is primarily based on your qualifications and experience.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
