Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role within the marketing department, focusing on the organization and execution of brand events and the coordination of marketing assets. This position requires a proactive, organized individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools, reporting and supporting the broader marketing initiatives of the company.
Core Responsibilities:
Marketing Project Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing projects, campaigns, vendor days.
- Provide logistical support and ensure that all materials and assets are aligned with campaign goals.
- Use project management tools and knowledge to track and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Administrative Support:
- Pull and organize reports depending on business needs.
- Route mapping for vendor and store touches.
- Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and maintain records of business activities.
Social Media Management:
- Post engaging content and stories on social media platforms.
- Respond to messages and interact with followers to increase engagement and build community.
Event Coordination:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of company events, including local and out-of-state engagements.
- Select venues, manage vendors, and handle logistics to ensure successful event execution.
- Upload and attach all necessary receipts and invoices for budget tracking
Asset Coordination:
- Manage the creation, distribution, and storage of marketing assets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to produce and deliver marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and digital content on schedule.
Vendor Relations:
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Work closely with the procurement manager and team to coordinate vendor activities.
Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries thoughtfully and consistently.
- Build template responses, escalate issues as needed, and identify trends to improve customer support
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or event coordination, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
- Experienced with Monday.com or other Project Management tools
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
