The DVM Recruiter is responsible for the sourcing, recruiting, and evaluating external DVM candidates through a variety of sources and recruitment techniques, including partnering with University and Professional Association channels to attract talent. The DVM Recruiter will effectively engage candidates and internal client groups throughout the recruitment and selection process. The DVM Recruiter is responsible for coaching and advising internal clients to influence action and decision making throughout the recruitment process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist Talent Acquisition Manager in the execution of the recruitment process

Scout talent from across the country to build a candidate pipeline designed for scale

Source candidates through creative sourcing strategies and practices including multiple social media platforms

Develop and maintain an organized pipeline of candidates

Assist with marketing both digitally through social media and using print for advertising postings and pipeline building

Assist with career fairs, professional association events and other promotional recruiting opportunities

Prepare and deliver offer letters to identified candidates

Work directly with Talent Acquisition Manager and company leaders to fully understand staffing needs

Assist in the day-to-day working relationships with outside Recruitment Services/Partners

Partner with peer DVM Recruiters to ensure candidates are moved through the process smoothly, efficiently, and effectively

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

2 years+ Full cycle DVM recruiting experience required

Regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing may be required involving stooping, bending etc.
This job operates from the CVP Support Center or remote. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
