What You'll Be Doing:
- Identify new opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking.
- Utilize various channels, including online research and warm leads, to connect with potential clients, especially those with insurance claims.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their roofing needs, particularly in the context of insurance claims.
- Review insurance claims with clients, providing a thorough understanding of the process and potential solutions.
- Develop and deliver professional sales presentations, highlighting the benefits and features of Guardian Roofing solutions, with a focus on insurance claim-related roofing projects.
- Clearly communicate pricing, terms, and conditions while addressing client concerns.
- Possess the ability to climb roofs for inspections, providing accurate assessments of roofing conditions and damage.
- Juggle multiple tasks efficiently, from client interactions to project proposals, demonstrating a high level of multitasking ability.
- Efficiently manage your time to meet client needs, deadlines, and sales targets.
- Enjoy the flexibility of setting your own hours to accommodate client schedules and personal commitments.

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and uphold our commitment to excellence.
- Work closely with Guardian Roofing project teams to facilitate effective communication and successful project delivery as needed.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries or concerns post-sale with a dedication to maintaining exceptional customer service.
What You Should Bring to the Table:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in roofing, construction, or similar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to climb roofs for inspections.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
Your Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Previous sales experience is required.
