Adjunct Instructor – MBA- ISM Courses
The School of Business and Technology at Holy Family University is recruiting a pool of persons for possible part-time adjunct teaching positions for the MBA program information systems management specialization. This pool will be accessed ONLY when an opening arises. Adjunct faculty teach courses on a part-time, contractual basis. Courses are held in online and hybrid evening formats.
The ideal candidate will have an earned graduate degree along with teaching experience at the college level, and industry experience in the appropriate field. Preference will be given to candidates with an earned doctorate/terminal degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Teaching of courses in the MBA - ISM specialization.
Conduct online and face to face classroom instruction following the University’s academic standards and guidelines
- Facilitate active learning experiences and practical exercises to enhance student comprehension and application of concepts
- Providing grades and feedback to students in a timely fashion.
- Using the Learning Management System (CANVAS) appropriately for all classes
- Utilizing advising software (CRM Advise) to alert student issues to support offices within the university
Education & Experience Requirements
- Graduate degree in related field. Doctoral degree preferred.
- Professional certification and practical experience in related field.
- Previous teaching experience at a college or university level is highly desirable
- Experience with instructional technology and online learning platforms is desirable, especially using Canvas.

Employees are required to successfully complete three different clearances, together known as the Child Protection Clearances: Pennsylvania Access to Criminal History (PATCH) through the Pennsylvania State Police; Pennsylvania Child Abuse History (PACA) through the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services; FBI Criminal History Background Check.
