ROLE SUMMARY/PURPOSE:
As an Office Coordinator at Locke Solutions, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will assist with daily administrative tasks, maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office building, manage inventory of supplies, and support various administrative processes. Your contributions will be key to creating an efficient and welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests, assist customers, applicants, and visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate internal contact.

Organize and maintain the front lobby, keeping business cards stocked, arranging reading materials, and ensuring general upkeep of the area.

Answer all incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.

Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail.

Maintain office equipment in the central supply room, shared office space, and individual offices.

Organize and maintain office and coffee bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, anticipate needs, and verify receipt of supplies.

Assist in assembling marketing materials for various company events and meetings.

Coordinate meeting room needs, assist with catering, and ensure general clean-up in meeting areas.

Ensure daily stocking of supplies, including the coffee area and restrooms.

Assist with IT issues as they arise in the office.

Coordinate quarterly deep cleans, internal pest control schedules, and semi-annual A/C maintenance.

Assist in planning and executing company-held events on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Provide HR support by assisting with onboarding new employees, employee records, and coordinating HR-related activities.

Contribute positively as part of our team, carrying out various tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
