Qualifications:
Our Talent Acquisition team is in search of an experienced Recruiter to support our full cycle recruitment for staff to executive level roles. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to develop and implement diverse recruiting/hiring strategies that support business plans and Bank culture. The level of work is considered advanced with medium supervision. You will report to the Talent Acquisition manger and will have no direct reports. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2-4 years recruiting experience
Experience working in a compliance driven/ high-volume environment

Demonstrated ability to assess client needs and recommend staffing solutions
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with a diverse client base
Demonstrated independent thinking and decision-making abilities
Manage time and competing tasks/projects efficiently
Project management skills to own and drive client engagements
Experienced using a web-based applicant tracking systems (ie. Workday)
Intermediate level knowledge using MS Excel, PPT, and Word
Requirements

Responsibilities:
Execute recruitment strategies for multiple openings (10+), from HM kick off, to creative sourcing, candidate identification and assessment, offer preparation and extension and close
Consult with hiring managers on key position requirements and responsibilities to ensure proper marketing of the position
Leverage creative sourcing strategies (networking, referrals, various job boards) to identify and acquire key talent across appropriate skill sets in all geographies, with an intentional focus on supplying a diverse talent pipeline
Consult with hiring managers to determine selection process including competencies to assess
Create internal/external job posting, website advertising and/or other job advertisements
Conduct phone /video interviews and administer pre-placement testing - for example, knowledge or skill-based tests, etc. to determine thorough candidate evaluation and selection
Facilitate debrief sessions with hiring manager and interview panelist to discuss candidate/s qualifications
Prepare and extend offers. Negotiate offer/s to successful acceptance
Ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience by providing timely status updates and information
Complete all process requirements and ensure compliance with all policy and regulatory requirements
Collaborate and consult across the organization, develop partnerships across businesses and operational functional areas
Provides subject matter expertise in specific staffing and HR projects
Support onsite and virtual recruitment events including job fairs, informational sessions and college recruiting fairs
Present to senior management and/or HR Committees regarding recruiting initiatives and outcomes
