Direct assistance to Dental Director and Office Manager specializing in transactional law. Main focus is in dental/medical acquisitions and sales. Trainable position however candidate needs to have legal background, heavy computer skills, great at customer service, comfortable handling calls and clients and familiarity with drafting legal documents and contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Client intake and scheduling
-Assist in preparing legal documents such as letters, agreements and contracts
- Conduct research and gather relevant information for cases
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Keep parties updated and responded to
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar
- Communicate with clients and other parties involved in the transaction
- Prepare closing packages (trainable portion of the position)
-Assist with coordinating closings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a legal or administrative assistant
- Knowledge of executive administrative procedures and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with document management systems like Word, Adobe, Outlook and government websites, etc.
- Ability to transcribe and write accurately and efficiently
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze information effectively
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) a must!
