Our project manager will be working with our team throughout LA County. We focus on large scale exterior reconstruction million-dollar plus projects.
WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Manage sub-contractor crews via superintendents
- Develops and manages project budgets and schedules to deliver on time and on budget completion to our clients
- Assist in the estimation process with our various trades partners
- Supports company safety program and OSHA guidelines.
- Utilizes project management software throughout the life of project including: RFIs, Submittals, Drawings/Specs, QA/QC process.
- Conduct in-progress site walks to manage safety, quality, and schedule.
- Meet with clients, engineers, and team members as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 15 years of experience as Construction Project Manager or Superintendent
- Ability to prioritize tasks, plan your day efficiently and work smarter not harder.
- A desire to put quality first and increase project efficiency though planning and organization.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
- Familiarity with AIA Payment Applications.
- Comfortable with technology and the tools that go with working mobile.
- Ability to develop budgets, schedules, safety plans and modify accordingly as the project progresses. Expierence working with MS Project and Excel.
- OSHA certification preferred
- Compensation includes competitive salary, clearly articulated bonuses, vehicle compensation, fuel reimbursement, PTO, healthcare contribution and other tools related to the role.
- Ability to problem solve and work well with clients, sub contractors, and team members.
- Must have Valid California Driver’s License. Authorized to work in the United States

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
