Responsible for all preparation and production of food, and sanitation according to company standards.
*Pay starting at $18/hour, depending on experience*
- Perform the following cooking procedures: sauté, grill, fry, bake and roast
- Performs basic to more advanced knife skills (i.e. slice, chop, mince, julienne, dice) in the preparation and production of food items
- Clean and organize walk-in coolers, food production areas, equipment, general kitchen areas and maintain sanitation levels at all times
- Produce and maintain all company-set food standards
- Execute and adhere to all direction provided by Sous Chef, Executive Sous and Executive Chef
- Read tickets from the printer and/or KDS and produce product as described
- Properly store food and chemicals including proper labeling and dating and maintain appropriate temperature
- Perform dish washing procedures according to proper sanitation standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Education

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience

Minimum one year of culinary experience preferred

Minimum of six months line cook experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Must have the ability to read
