Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background and the ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks.
Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks; maintain building(s) general upkeep & exterior needs daily
- Troubleshoot issues; ability to prioritize; and the ability to work independent
- Repair or replace items as they arise
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment, tools, and supplies
- Collaborate with other team members on maintenance projects; work in inclement weathers; snow removal; various tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and maintaining maintenance schedules
- Ability to use hand tools
- Strong customer service skills; ability to effectively communicate
- Proficiency in maintaining and repairing equipment; ability to provide status reports, cost analysis, and provide recommendations when needed.
- Leadership skills to supervise maintenance projects
- Skills and knowledge in maintaining maintenance programs; organization; set-up operational controls; and vendor management
- Respond to emergency situations as needed

Pay: $19.00 - $23.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
