PDP is Seeking to hire an Integrations Specialist who will play a critical role in building strong relationships with our partner offices. This position will play an important role in on-boarding newly acquired practices onto PDP's operational platforms by ensuring that all administrative components of the integration are handled smoothly and seamlessly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing a single point of contact and accountability for a new dental practice from the time of receiving a signed Letter of Intent to post-close.
- Support the integrations process for newly acquired PDP dental practices, with a primary focus on executing the administrative components of the integration (e.g., data collection and analysis, management of permits, applications, and changes of ownership, vendor management, inventory collection, etc.)
- Ensure that the new team is ready and prepared for partnership day, with all pre-close tasks completed and available to be onsite the first few days after partnership if needed.
- Partner closely with various PDP functions, including Business Development, Legal, Finance, and Operations, during the integrations process.
- If not working on partnering a new office, will be responsible for managing PMS Conversions.
- Report directly to the Director of Integrations and work closely with our support center team members.
- Assist the Director Integrations in building a scalable Integrations function capable of supporting a high-volume of deals in the future as PDP continues to grow.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in running dental practices; including RCM and/or practice management systems.
- 3 years of Dental Operations experience for a multi-entity, multi-state organization.
- 3 years of experience with integrating Dental Practices.
- At least 2 years of proven project management experience
- Ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of Dental Office Operations, including HR and Finance.
- Ability to demonstrate project management, detail orientation, and multitasking skills.
- High school Diploma required.
- Ability to travel more than 50% of the time.
Compensation: Highly competitive compensation consisting of base salary, performance bonus
