Job Posting: HR Service Centre Specialist

Job Description:
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming HR cases via calls, chat, and service requests, demonstrating HR Generalist knowledge.
- Handle inquiries on benefits, compensation, wellness programs, performance reviews, safety, security, and leave of absence.
- Ensure high-quality case management, providing accurate information to enhance employee HR experiences.
- Support operational processes and audits including New Hire Orientation, Retiree Health processes, HRIS transactions, Health Sanctions, and Worker’s Compensation.
- Collaborate with Centre of Excellence (COE) teams to resolve complex HR inquiries beyond basic support.
- Work collaboratively with peers to achieve effective case resolution.
Required Skills:
- Agile Experience – Minimum 2 years
- Case Management Experience – Minimum 3 years
- Resourceful and self-sufficient in an efficient manner
- Oracle HCM experience
- Takes ownership, receptive to feedback, and coachable
- Passion for HR with strong HR knowledge, extending to SHRM CP
- Strong Communicator – both verbal and written
- Strong relationship builder
- Disqualifiers/ Dislikes on Resumes:
- Inexperience with HR and high-volume work environments
Education Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelors in HR or 5+ years of HR experience in lieu of education
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
