Technical Office Manager for Coding & Design School (NYC)
Noble Desktop, a leading technology training company for adults based in New York, is seeking a detail-oriented, full-time Associate School Director. The ideal candidate will assist with customer support, manage day-to-day logistics and operations, and take on additional responsibilities including scheduling classes, maintaining the academic catalog, collaborating with instructors, managing the alumni network, and engaging in corporate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Communication: Handle a high volume of phone calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses to all inquiries.
- Data Management: Enter student data into the system and handle other data entry tasks as required.
- Technical Support: Assist students with technical issues and set up training rooms, including computers and monitors.
- Customer Support: Deliver exceptional customer support by addressing student requests, managing financial transactions, and providing other administrative assistance.
- Facility Maintenance: Set up training rooms (computers, monitors, etc.) and manage all common areas
- Class Scheduling: Oversee the scheduling of classes, ensuring optimal resource allocation and minimal conflicts.
- Catalog Maintenance: Maintain and update the school catalog, including course descriptions, schedules, and instructor information.
- Instructor Collaboration: Work closely with instructors to manage course logistics, provide necessary resources, and ensure successful course delivery.
- Alumni Network Management: Develop and manage a comprehensive alumni network, organizing events and maintaining communication to foster long-term relationships.
- Corporate Sales: Participate in corporate sales initiatives, presenting the school's offerings to potential corporate clients and securing training contracts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in administration, customer support, and operations management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in corporate sales and maintaining customer relationships is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
