**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide a welcoming experience for our guests.
-FOSSE by Marriott system knowledge is a must
**Duties:**
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests
- Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
- Process reservations and cancellations following company procedures
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of phone systems and basic computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (Bilingual/Multilingual)
- Familiarity with hospitality management software is advantageous
- Understanding of night audit procedures is beneficial
- Excellent guest relations and guest services skills

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
