Job Title: Quality Assurance Administrator
Reports To: Quality Assurance Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Quality System documents including compiling, editing, processing, and distribution of BACL’ manuals, procedures, work instructions, forms, charts, and test report templates per BACL Quality System and/or regulatory updates.
- Assist to improve standard operating procedure and improve quality systems functions.
- Ensures that necessary technical details are not left out of documentation by reviewing with Test Engineers and QA Manager.
- Ensures personnel awareness of the BACL Quality System procedures.
- Maintain training records for all departments and track Training Development forms for new employees.
- Respond to agencies emails and other correspondence regarding any submission issues or questions under QA Manager’s guidance.
- Review 3rd party requests regarding the legitimacy of certificates and reports.
- Initiates and maintains corrective action requests using the internal shared CAR database.
- Follow-up with agencies’ concerns and maintains the Corrective Action Request database up-to-date.
- Maintain of equipment calibration folders according to Calibration database and QA public soft copies.
- Performs parts of internal audits of departments to ensure processes and BACL procedures comply with accreditation requirements
- Follow up with Customer Satisfaction Surveys and assist with the analysis of such surveys.
- Understands and follows the BACL Quality System.
Qualifications
- 4-year Degree minimum
- Has experience with office and/or graphic software
- Has attention to detail
- Has a good command of the English language
- Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task on multiple projects
- Has excellent office computer s/w skills, organizational and management skills
Training that will be needed (on the job):
- ISO/IEC 17025 Training Required
- ISO/IEC 17065 Training Required
