CFG Merchant Solutions, LLC (CFGMS) is a rapidly growing alternative finance company that provides working capital to small and medium sized businesses throughout the US in the form of Revenue Based Financing.
We are seeking a technical support specialist to handle day-to-day end user support for a 120 employee, multi-site Windows environment. Will assist IT director with supporting Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint access, Azure AD setup, OneDrive syncing, application installs, etc. Will be onsite in Glen Rock, NJ with occasional site visits to lower Manhattan. Need to have experience working directly with end users, basic hardware and software setup of Dell workstations and laptops. Pleasant attitude and friendly customer interaction personality a must.
Responsibilities:
- Manage SharePoint environment across the enterprise - significant experience with SharePoint required
- Handle end user technical support cases on a daily basis on-site and via TeamViewer remote control
- Provide technical support for company Intranet
- Monitor Druva backups of Microsoft 365 accounts
- Perform routine updates of Windows and associated applications
- Setup and deploy new workstations and laptops as needed
- Occasional travel
Must haves:
- Extensive experience configuring and maintaining SharePoint
- 3-5 years of experience supporting end users in a Windows environment
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office applications including Outlook
- Easy to get along with personality in an occasionally high demand environment
Nice to have:
- Basic networking experience in a multi-VLAN environment
- Experience maintaining Windows GPOs for security and automated software deployment
- Experience with Hubley software integration with SharePoint
- Active Directory management experience in a multi-site environment
- Experience with SonicWALL firewalls
- Ability to create end user friendly technical how-to knowledge base articles
