Position Overview
We are looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for our center in Calhoun, Georgia.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Efficiently oversee client caseload, typically comprising around 8 clients, with flexibility to adapt based on company growth.
- Caseload management encompasses a range of duties, including assessments/reassessments, parent training, data management, direct oversight of RBTs, supervision of RBTs, and collaboration with other providers (e.g., SLP, OT, PT, school).
- Participate in monthly trainings, equipping team members with valuable insights and updates to enhance service delivery.
Required Education
- Master's Degree in ABA or related field (e.g., Special Ed., Child Psych)
- Current BCBA certification
Desired Experience
- At least 1 year of ABA experience
- Strong leadership and management capabilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate efficient time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills; detail-oriented
