Company Summary:
90 Degree Benefits Inc. is a national full-service Third-Party Administrator (TPA) established in 1987, with offices in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Ohio, Arizona, and Kentucky. This position is available to work 100% remotely. The position is responsible for maintaining claims inventory goals by accurately processing claims for assigned workload.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing all claim types for assigned workload, maintaining a 10 day or less turnaround time
- Interpret and understand Plan Document provisions
- Work priority queue and various other claim queues within the priority queue
- Maintain claims email mailbox, supporting Customer Service and Account Executives
- 5. Maintain void and refund process
- 6. Maintain HPS process
- 7. Maintain Zelis process
- 8. Handle subrogation cases
- Projects or other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 6 months - 1year of related experience. The candidate should also be proficient in working with QicLink, Rims or VBA systems. Additional skills to perform the job sucessfully include:
- General knowledge of employee benefits
- Detail orientated and attention to accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
