TRISTAR is seeking a Operations Analyst II for our government customer in Crane, IN
Position Description:
-
The Operations Analyst II shall create master production schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each job to meet proposed completion dates
- Develop new or revise existing schedule(s) according to work order specifications , priorities & availability
-
Compile reports concerning progress of work and downtime to apprise production planning personnel delays

Plans & schedules workflow for each department and operation according to previously established lead times
Position Responsibilities:
-
Continue to track the progress of installations
-
Continue to provide weekly updates regarding the multi-ship installation status for Decoy Launching Systems
-
Continue to track CMAV dates for scheduling
-
Continue to work with the AP team on ship installation and scheduling
-
Maintaining the Master Schedule for AOEW
-
Maintaining the Weekly IWS2D1 reporting
-
Constructing PARM reviews
-
Completing end of the Month reviews
-
Maintaining the AOEW Installation Plan schedule
-
Maintaining IWS2D1 Installation Tracker
Position Requirements:
-
Must be a proficient user of Microsoft Project ( 5 years plus experience)

Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite

MUST be a US Citizen
-
Must have an Active Security Clearance of secret level or the ability to obtain one
Education and Certifications:
-
High School Diploma or GED required
-
Associate's degree a plus
