As a Part Time Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will develop new skills, work in a safety-minded environment, and join us in expanding technology for a better community. Responsibilities:
As a Part Time Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you are responsible for generating client statements, posting client payments, and depositing checks. You believe in doing the job correctly. Being accurate. And you're up for the challenge.
You will:
- Generate invoices to client

Submit remote deposits
- Research receipts and apply them to statements

Record statement changes
-
Prepare daily deposit and daily accounts receivable reports
- Respond to credit inquiries sent by clients

Provide back-up assistance at the front desk
Qualifications:
About You:

You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality

You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work

You have 2+ years of billing and invoicing experience

You are detail oriented and trustworthy with good judgment

You have the ability to work on multiple projects at once

You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software
- You have proven problem-solving skills

You enjoy working in a fast-paced high volume work environment

Must be able to commute to the office during business hours
