Role Overview
As an Office Clerk at Lilly Home Care, you will be a vital part of our front office team. You will handle paperwork, scheduling, billing, social media emails, marketing support, client calls, and visits. This role requires excellent communication, computer skills, billing, scheduling, and a strong knowledge of healthcare. A passion for helping others is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Duties: Complete paperwork, manage billing, and schedule appointments.
- Communication: Maintain regular contact with caregivers, clients, and insurance companies. Follow up on leads and client inquiries.
- Marketing Support: Assist with social media emails and other marketing efforts.
- Client Interaction: Call clients from the lead list, visit clients as needed, and ensure a positive experience.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage time to balance various administrative tasks.
- Reliability and Integrity: Be a reliable and honest face of the business, helping to grow the company.
Daily Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and caregivers.
- Prepare and process billing and invoices.
- Manage social media emails and support marketing campaigns.
- Contact clients from the lead list and follow up on inquiries.
- Visit clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Communicate effectively with caregivers and insurance companies.
- Maintain accurate and organized records and paperwork.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum two years of college education.
- At least two years of experience in a front office role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in administrative software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable in healthcare services and passionate about helping others.
- Reliable, honest, and capable of representing the business professionally.
- Bonus points for experience with social media and marketing support.
Salary & Benefits
- This is a part-time 1099 contractor role.
- Pay rate: $17-$20 per hour, based on experience.
