We're seeking professionals who can work independently and meet strict deadlines while managing a diverse workload. The Associate Attorney will be required to conduct client interviews, draft pleadings, briefs and discovery documents and conduct court hearings and trials. This position will offer the successful candidate ongoing opportunities to network, learn new skills and contribute to the company's growth. This position is not conducive to a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and edit legal documents, such as briefs, motions, and pleadings.
- Analyze, research, and apply the law to present and anticipated problems of clients.
- Prepare for court hearings and trials.
- Provide legal opinions.
