Regional Operations Manager

Position Summary:
The Regional Operations Leader will take ownership of state and partner-level P&L responsibilities across designated regions, fostering the growth and development of Clinical Operations Leaders. Through effective leadership and strategic guidance, they will orchestrate Interdisciplinary Teams (IDT) to deliver superior patient care while optimizing costs.
Position Responsibilities: Essential
- Lead and manage state and partner-level P&L, driving operational excellence and cost-effectiveness.
- Coach and develop Clinical Operations Leaders to ensure seamless coordination of Interdisciplinary Teams (IDT) for enhanced patient outcomes.
- Translate the organization's clinical and operational model into actionable strategies, fostering stakeholder engagement and strategic execution.
- Drive continuous practice transformation through strategic co-creation with partners, optimizing IDT performance, and effective communication.
- Oversee talent attraction, management, and retention efforts across designated states.
- Cultivate a culture of high performance, transparency, and collaboration within the organization.
- Develop and present concise materials for board meetings, partner meetings, and governing body meetings, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Qualifications:
- You possess a bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in multi-site healthcare services or direct patient-care businesses, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven understanding of and experience in Value-Based Care (VBC).
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive business continuity.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to toggle between strategic planning and hands-on execution effectively.
- Experience in managing confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Preference for previous experience in managed care environments and clinical leadership roles within Value-Based Care organizations.

Pay: $185,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
