Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking an experienced
IAM (Identity and Access Management) Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The ideal candidate will provide user account access management and access control compliance in support of a growing government multi-cloud environment. This individual will must have excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking with customers on all levels of leadership. A passion for performance, strong desire for quality conformance, and attention to detail are prerequisites for this position.
This position is 100% Remote.
Day to Day Work Responsibilities:
- Assists users with determining access requirements through email and phone communications.
- Documents all access requests artifacts through use of SharePoint site for evidentiary purposes.
- Reviews, creates and maintains Access Management process documentation and user instructional guides.
- Collaborates with peers and leaders to ensure adherence to principle of "least privilege".
- Enforces existing government security policies particularly as it relates to access control compliance (NIST 800-53).
- Assists leaders in preparation of reports, and presentations for customer audience.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- US Citizenship required, Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years' experience or HS diploma/equivalent and 6 years experience.
- Exemplary communication, analytical skills, and security knowledge across the client environment.
- 2+ years of Cybersecurity/Access Management experience.
- 2+ years total of Computer Systems experience in computer analysis, Microsoft applications.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams of diverse IT related skill sets.
- Ability to produce concise and clear technical documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous background in cybersecurity.
- Experience with MS suite, to include (Word, Excel, Power-Point, Visio) strongly preferred.
- SharePoint experience a plus. Target Salary Range
$51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
