Job Title: Digital Specialist
Primary Work Location: New York, NY (Onsite)
Team and Job Overview
SPORTFIVE is seeking a Digital Specialist based in its US Headquarters in New York City. The Digital Specialist's responsibilities will include tracking digital metrics, analyzing data-based insights, planning and creating creative social media content, editorial copywriting, launching social campaigns, engaging online communities, and more. They will work closely with the rest of the digital team to support department-wide initiatives as well as cross-departmentally within the organization. The role involves working with major brands, sports right-holders, events, and entertainment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the management of client relationships, providing white-glove client servicing
- Execute and optimize business performance reporting including but not limited to monthly recaps, benchmarking, performance monitoring, campaign evaluation, best practices, etc.
- Establish best practices for influencers to utilize on social media for sponsored assets
- Support the creation of digital and social media content for our key sports accounts
- Understand and utilize different social media tools and platforms, including but not limited to content generation and management, social listening, platform management
- Execute and monitor paid media campaigns and advertising
- Work functionally across creative, commercial, design and CRM to ensure project delivery is aligned with overall marketing objectives
- Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorming sessions
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with an agency
- Proficient understanding of all current and emerging social media platforms
- Understanding of the sports and entertainment industry
- Experience working with social management and listening platforms
- Basic knowledge of photo and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere
- Exceptional verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to problem-solve independently and in groups
- Experience in developing branded content and activation concepts
- Understanding of media buying mechanisms on social media and video sharing platforms.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, creative and team working spirit
Job Requirements
- Essential duties are performed onsite at the New York, NY office location a minimum of 4 days per week, subject to change.
- Essential duties may be required to be performed at client locations or during non-standard hours/days/holidays

Compensation
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000
SPORTFIVE is providing the compensation range it might pay for this position. The rate of pay offered will be dependent on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and geographic location.
