We are seeking a seasoned Account Project Manager to handle one of our primary accounts!
The ideal candidate will ensure our team meets client needs and delivers exceptional marketing results. This position requires an individual who is highly organized, strategic, and experienced in managing client relationships. The role involves working in a dynamic, collaborative environment with keen attention to detail. You will be responsible for problem-solving, managing communications, and overseeing projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- **Manage Multiple Projects**: Oversee the initiation, planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects concurrently.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and sustain positive client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative team and media manager to ensure cohesive project development, integrating creative and media strategies.
- **Resource Management**: Set team priorities and manage creative resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- **Detail-Oriented Work**: Handle a high volume of detailed tasks in project management and client communication.
- **Client Meetings**: Schedule and lead meetings to discuss project status, updates, and address any client concerns.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate meeting notes, decisions, and action items to ensure clear communication and accountability.
- **Creative Briefs**: Develop and lead clear, comprehensive creative briefs that guide the creative team's work.
- **Strategic Discussions**: Contribute to or lead strategic discussions to align project goals with overall marketing objectives.
- **Project Monitoring**: Track project progress using project management tools to ensure timely completion.
- **Quality Assurance**: Work with managers and client teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape, applying this knowledge to enhance project strategies.
Requirements:
- **Experience**: At least 5 years in a client service role with project management experience.
- **Marketing Knowledge**: Proficient in digital, social, and performance marketing, with a desire to continually learn.
- **Brand Management**: Strong understanding of managing a brand's digital ecosystem.
- **Analytical Skills**: Basic understanding of analytics and performance marketing/paid social.
- **Reliability and Ethics**: Reliable, genuine, and ethical decision-making.
- **Organizational Skills**: Extremely organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
